Trying It Out...

Nothing to see here folks... just want to check if my efforts to disengage from Facebook's 'Networked Blogs' auto publish mode worked. I sometimes just want to muse and the FB community doesn't seem a fitting place to try thoughts on for size. If I feel I've come up with something profound or at least shareable, I can link it up all by myself, thankyouverymuch!

If I goof and this still publishes (Help! Paula!) don't think I don't appreciate those who follow my blog as well as those who read and comment through FB... you help me sort things out much better than simply talking to myself. An audience of peers is necessary for these thoughts to make some kind of sense.

Hello. Just found your blog, beautiful art! Love the colours, shapes, design. I am an Art Therapist and you want to visit, I am at Art Therapy Reflections. Warmly, Karen

Hey, Karen
I did that, too. I just sometimes wasn't ready to post my words. Seems like I'm not even ready to WRITE any lately!

I just got this through Bloglines...but didn't see it on FB..or I missed it.
Hum... well, I am just scrambling around not knowing what I am doing. I want to have automated postings BUT, like you, sometimes I don't want to send out so many that you are inundated with the same 'ole, same 'ole. Looks like now I have my blog posting to personal and 'fan page of FB both. Maybe that is too much.

Cheryl, I just saw your blog on FB double. Have to admit I give thought to deleting professional pages that send out multiples of same thing. Personally, I just want more control of what gets published on FB or not.

what's happening (I think) is that I have it networked to post to the fan page..but now the fan page is sending it to the personal page. Look, and you will see my name on one and my Name with the Contemporary Abstract paintings on the other posting.
Maybe overkill but if it only goes to the fan page...others not familiar with my work won't see it. If it only goes to personal, I should maybe just quit having a FAN page.

FB is always evolving so it may not be a problem for long.

Karen Wallace... I'm realizing I didn't respond to your warm and wonderful comments! Thanks so much for giving me such a lift ;) Can't believe I let that happen!
