Speaking of Trails...

Somewhere there's a bark eating bug who wishes he could make colorful trails like mine... or not. I know it's time for the annual painting of the pegboards but I sorta hate to clear the evidence of a whole lot of work. Means I just have to do it again to prove my worth...

I don't paint mine annually ...for sure it would just be to do all over again. I don't have mine nicely lining my wall like you do all the way down to the electrical outlet either. yeah....just leave it.

I saw this and just said "Whoa!". I love your wall. I should do my dining room walls like that!

I have seen a lot of great studio table tops but this is definitely the best studio wall yet!

My Goodness! Didn't realize what a treasure I had in my messy pegboard walls! They've already had several coats of white paint in past years and the textural crud is really building up. Well, I promise not to paint them this week... but spring cleaning in the studio usually results in a surge of creativity I'd hate to miss. We'll see...

It's absolutely an inspiration!!! Wish I could afford to commission you to do a wall just like it in my house.

Ah I really relate to this, my wall is not quite so linear, but the same basic look...I'm not as conscientious as you about whitewashing it once a year, but I do feel the need to do that when the trails really build up-it's because all of the drips and splats become a visual distraction. BUT I can see the beauty in it too--especially with the grid of the pegboard thrown in (mine is just plain wallboard.)
